Forecast model for incoming payments
Historical payment patterns, project durations and seasonal fluctuations are incorporated into a model that estimates likely payment times in the coming weeks.
VermögensPilot AI evaluates your incoming payments, ongoing obligations and market data in real time and uses this to create a daily forecast of your financial scope - even in phases without project utilization.
Fluctuating incoming paymentsProject fees arrive irregularly while fixed costs remain constant.
Manual spreadsheetLiquidity planning by hand rarely reflects the actual payment dynamics.
Reactive decisionsWithout a lead time, reserves are often only created after a bottleneck occurs.
Missing comparative dataIndividual freelancers rarely have access to structured risk metrics.
VermögensPilot AI continuously processes account, invoice and project data and translates it into concrete liquidity scenarios. Instead of selective monitoring, you receive a continuous assessment of your financial reach.
Each forecast is documented and compared with the actual values the following day. This daily feedback is an integral part of the system and not just a one-off report.
Three components form the core of the analysis. They work based on the same database and are recalculated daily.
Historical payment patterns, project durations and seasonal fluctuations are incorporated into a model that estimates likely payment times in the coming weeks.
Open items, late payments and customer concentration are continually evaluated. Deviations from the usual pattern trigger a classification into risk levels.
Based on current obligations and expected receipts, the system calculates the expected account balance for the following 7, 14 and 30 days.
Every calculation is documented. You not only see the result, but also the database on which it was created.
Account and invoice data are read in via secure interfaces and checked for completeness.
The forecast model updates liquidity and risk values based on the current data status.
The previous day's forecast is compared with the payments actually received and the difference is recorded.
A compact report summarizes the forecast, actual comparison and current risk classification.
The report shows the current liquidity status, the forecast for the next 7 days and the deviation from the last forecast. All values are linked to the underlying data status.
Deviations between the forecast and the actual payment receipt are not hidden, but are shown in the report and are included in the next model adjustment. This feedback is part of the daily routine, not an afterthought.
The forecast model combines statistical time series analysis with continuously updated input data from account and billing systems. Weightings are regularly readjusted based on the comparison data from the daily report.
Account data is only integrated via regulated interfaces in accordance with PSD2. It will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes; the data is used solely for internal model calculations.
